After lunch, Instructor Lash led the cadets in board breaking. Single boards. Doubles. One or two cadets even broke triple 1-inch boards. It was a load of fun. I got some video on this, but I won't be able to post it until next week - I simply don't have a good enough Internet connection at the training facility to upload videos. After board breaks, we gave the guys an hour of rest time before an early dinner. Becky and Brittany brought over pulled pork, whole wheat pitas and kale salad for the guys:
Thanks again, Becky & Brittany for putting together a great dinner! When we finished eating, the guys got to work on a community service project - more on this later....
