Day 5: Nap Time and Afternoon Grappling Session

After working with Sensei Reiff, the guys got to rest. The best way to manage 33 boisterous teenage boys is to wear them out. And I succeeded - check this out:

Naptime (1600 hours) at H2H

When the guys got up I held another grappling session with them. This time, the Head & Arm Throw into the Arm Triangle and a Side Control Choke. Translated: Two very effective ways to submit one's opponent.
