Day 4: Grapplefest

The object of tonight's Grapplefest: Takedowns. We worked through the weight classes, pairing the guys up to see who could take the other guy down to the mat from a standing position. The winner got to stay on the mat as another challenger came his way. This way, we were able to determine who the "King of the Mat" might be. It was a great session with lots of action.
