The guys had a great meal tonight: hot dogs, raw broccoli, carrots, blueberries and pineapple slices. We will be eating a clean Zone Diet prescription this week - lots of protein, some complex carbohydrates, and a good bit of "good" fat (nuts, avacados and nut butter).
